There isn’t one way to do therapy
I don’t follow a script, and I don’t expect you to either. Each session is guided by what feels real for you that day. Sometimes that means talking things through. Sometimes it means slowing things down. Sometimes it means learning tools that help you move through your week with a bit more steadiness.
My role is to walk alongside you and offer support that actually fits your life.

I’m Christine, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in the wellness space that spans over two decades. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years supporting people through movement and mindfulness, helping them feel more grounded in their day-to-day lives.
My path into psychotherapy is also personal. I’ve navigated anxiety, perfectionism, parenting, and life transitions. That experience shapes how I show up in this work.
This doesn’t feel rigid or clinical. It feels thoughtful, steady, and grounded in real life.
