Psychotherapy in Cambridge, ON and virtual therapy across Ontario and Quebec
We start with what’s actually going on and build from there.
There’s no single way this has to look
Some people come in knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others don’t. Both are completely fine. Each service offers a different way to approach support, but all are built to feel manageable and useful in real life.
15-minute free consultation
Duration: 15 minutes minutes / Investment: Free
A consultation is a brief, no-pressure meet-and-greet style call between the two of us. It’s a chance for me to learn what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and for you to get a feel for my approach and style to ensure you feel as though we’re a good fit.
Due to their short nature, consultations are offered virtually and over the phone.

Couples In-Person Psychotherapy Counselling
Duration: 50 minutes / Investment: $175
Life with a partner can be meaningful, but also complex. Challenges like trust concerns, family dynamics, blended families, parenting, fertility struggles, or illness can create stress and disconnection. In our work together, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where both partners feel heard and understood. By thoughtfully listening to each perspective, I help gently identify areas of tension and guide you toward more open, respectful communication, so you can feel more connected, aligned, and supported.
Yoga-Informed Somatic Psychotherapy (in-person offering)

Frequently Asked Questions

Nope – not with me. I take sessions at your pace, and let you take the wheel. Whether you show up smiling or crying, in pajamas or a suit, alone or with a baby on your hip, wanting to jump right into the session or hoping to tell me about your dog. I will meet you where you are, and believe our therapeutic relationship and the trust we build is part of the pathway to healing.
-
Absolutely not. If you’d like to get started right away, we can begin with a full session.

It depends on your benefits. Please check with your insurance company to inquire if your provider covers “Psychotherapy” and indicate that I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). If yes, you can submit your invoices to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement (plan dependent). I do not provide direct billing, but will send an invoice after your session for you to submit on your own.

Great question! An RP (Qualifying) is a therapist who has finished their Master’s training and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). They’re in the final stage of becoming fully registered, seeing clients and continuing to acquire hours while preparing for their board licensing exam. They gain experience and receive regular supervision from a fully registered supervisor, ensuring clients get safe, supportive, and professional care. Fees for RP (Qualifying) therapists are often significantly less than fully licensed psychotherapists.

No. Only psychologists and psychiatrists can diagnose mental health disorders.

Big time, and I have a sweet pup who regularly snoozes beside me during virtual and phone sessions.
