Cancellation Policy: 

Your appointment time is set aside just for you. When cancellations or missed appointments happen on short notice, it can be difficult to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for care. To help support all clients as best as possible, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments missed or changed with less than 36 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. When a session is not cancelled and you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the beginning of your appointment time, this is considered a missed appointment. Don’t worry – an attempt will be made to contact you to see if you’re running behind. Cancellations must be made via the online scheduling system or email. 

Exceptions: 

I get it – life happens! If an emergency arises with less than 36 hours’ notice, it may be considered an exception to this policy. In cases of severe illness or a medical emergency, the cancellation fee may be waived. Please note that communication must be made by contacting hello@grantcounselling.ca
